Sport & Activity
Energy All Day Long
Our school days start with lots of energy. Kids come in ready to learn new things. During breaks, it's like a mini sports party! Kids play soccer, tennis, dance, and other games. Everyone finds something fun to do, which helps them focus better in class.
Healthy habits help kids learn better and feel good. We have special closets for sports clothes, which helps students stay organized (even if it's not always perfect).
In gym class, kids do running, gymnastics, and fun games. In winter, they go ice skating at a nearby park.
Every day, our students do:
- Morning exercises
- Dance
- Quick exercise breaks during lessons
- Sports games during breaks (like soccer and tennis)
Sports Help Build Character
We use sports to teach more than just fitness. Playing team games helps kids learn to:
- Work together
- Respect others
- Handle winning and losing well
Our students become more confident. They learn to set goals and reach them. This inspires other kids too.
From Football to Chess
Football – 2 times a week, general physical training with game elements, friendly matches. Teams are formed by grade levels. The school team participates in tournaments between campuses.
Table Tennis – available daily. Table tennis tournaments are held as mini-tournaments during dynamic breaks and in the summer camp.
Swimming – 2 times a week, groups are formed based on swimming ability. Two trainers work with swimmers and beginners in special pools. School caregivers accompany students to classes.
Chess – 2 times a week. Groups are formed by grade levels, children learn about the history and rules of the game, solve chess problems, and participate in tournaments of various levels.
Nurturing an Active Generation
We are convinced: movement and sports are not just part of the school curriculum, but a way of life. Our goal is to raise a generation of healthy, active, and successful individuals. Every child can become a champion – in sports, studies, and most importantly, in life.
